Follow these simple steps to download and
install a sample Pod SnapShot to your iPod.
This PSS will give you an idea of what is
included in a SnapShot
based on a specific user profile and generated
for a particular destination/postcode. In this
example, the postcode is SW5 9AB (the Earl's
Court area of London) and, among
other things, the the profile lists Chinese,
Italian and Indian foods as particular
favorites.
1) Click the PSS link below to download the file
and save it to your desktop.
2) Double-click the
file to open it with Winzip, (on a PC) or
Stuffit, (on a Mac). Chose the 'Extract' option
to save the file to your desktop - making sure
to preserve the directory structure inside the
zip file.
3) Connect your iPod to
your computer and enable 'disk use'. You can do
this using iTunes. This will enable you to see
various folders on your iPod such as 'Notes'.
4) Drag the
PodSnapShots
folder from your desktop to the Notes folder on
your iPod.
